[24 Feb 2004|02:29pm] |
You are an all-night marathon of "I Love the 80s".
You just can't let go, can you? It's not enough that you existed in the first place, but now we're expected to look upon every little thing you created with fondness. "Oh man, My Buddy dolls, those were awesome." No, no they weren't. They were large dolls meant to make you feel less like a loser if you didn't have any real friends. And ThunderCats? Yeah, try watching that show now and not retching at its poor animation quality and sad voice acting. You can try to act all important, but we're on to you and your third-rate celebrity commentators.
Now go buy yourself one of those new Care Bears and some Pop Rocks. We're done with you.

1. Would you, for one million pounds, let someone else cut off your pinky finger on your left hand? Never, not even for any amount of money.
2. If yes, would you cut it off yourself for the same amount? See above
3. If you had to choose between having aids or having cancer, which would you choose and why? (you must choose one!) Cancer. aids is incurable
4. If you had the choice of saving a group of 15 children between ages 5-11 or a group of these individuals: 3 surgeons each specialising in heart, brain and plastic surgery, 2 lawyers, 4 policemen, which group would you save and why? The surgeons. Because 14 of thouse 15 children will probely waste away their lives.
5. If you had the choice of dying in a fire or drowning, which would you choose and why? Drowning. At least then you'd only have to face the panic of what was happening to you.
6. Would you, if given the opportunity, save or let die, a one who rapes women? Death.
7. One who rapes children? Death, why should the age of the victim make any diffence?
8. Do you think one who rapes children is worse and should be judged harsher than one who rapes women? See above
9. Do you think it is less horrible for a person to be murdered at age 25 than a child of age 5? A random 25 year old to a random 5 year old. It doesnt really matter.
10. Do you think the media thinks it is less horrible? The media play on peoples feelings. Nothing sells quiet like a country shared in morning over a little girl...
11. Do you think Myra Hindley is made to be an example and the only one these days, regardless of the other evil doers to children out there? Do you think this is right? Politics, and media hyp has far to much infulence over the justice system.
12. What do you think about hospitals giving preference to children and elderly in most cases? I guess children and the elderly cant deal with injury or sickness with out medicial attention for as long as the rest of us.
13. Do you feel you are forced to smile at children and their parents when they are around you, or the child is looking at you? And do you smile, even if you do not want to? And why? No, I just ignore children.
14. Do you like children generally? If yes why? If no why? Depends on the child. But most arnt sweet and innocent. They are just as pethetic as the rest of the human race.
15. Do you like elderly people? If yes why? If no why? I find old people make me sick, and bore me.
16. For 3 million pounds, would you live without a leg or an arm? If yes, which one and why? No.
17. For ten million pounds? No.
18. For ten million pounds, would you be able to kill your bestfriend if you were guaranteed to get away with it and have a good life? I could only kill someone I hated.
19. Do you think this quiz is difficult to answer? Did you think it was too sick to answer? Did you at least like having something different to answer? A little difficult, but at least I had to answer questions a bit more mentally enaging than what my fav. fruit is.

If anyone gets really bored you can telnet to renski.is-a-geek.net on port 1580. For the non-computer minded go start run and type 'telnet renski.is-a-geek.net 1580',with out the qoute marks). Its not up right now, but in the next day or two my mud (even if it is half coded) will be up and running.

too busy, even to check LJ, and my e-mail.
Julie has gone to viste her perants for a couple of days, and im all alone at home. My efforts to cook dinner produced breadcumb fish fillets, and beans (burnt) at 1:30am. I can never sleep with out Julie, so I spent the night coding. Then got up at 8:40, considering that im ment to be at work at 8.00, thats pretty bad. Got the 'we rely on you to be here for 8.00' talk. bah, I should really make the effort to drag my self out of bed.
Had a great time saturday, even if we left kinda early (like 3am), and got the 4am train home.
Got the next 5 days off work...thank god.

I just had my hair cut. It was really sceary, the girl ask me my name, and I spelt the first two letter out for her as there is awlays a confusion wether its Mc, or Mac. However I then had to spell out the rest as she was far too blonde to spell 'McDonald'. When I came to have it cut, the whole concept of it not being in her little book, and my attempts to explain were completly bafferling to her. Thank god she gave up and asked me to wait for another hair dresser to become free. At least this one had four braincells to rub together, which is a lot more than I can say for bubble head.
*giggles with excitment* My broadband modem arrive today, and as I expected its looking very space aged, and sleek! However I have to wait until the 28th bebore im connected!
Anyway, Im looking forward to tarting my self up for, and going to slimes.
You are Bella, the Romantic Goth! You would love to live in the time of Byron and Shelley. People probably call you Elvira or Morticia. But you are above them, those poor foolish mortals.

Classic New Romantic: You are the gothest of the Goth, your pale skin and raven hair fool mourners into thinking you are a living ghost as you slink around a graveyard with your sketch book. You are the epitome of the scene; you listen to the right music, wear beautifully tailored gowns and are intelligent enough to hold your own against normal people who accuse you of being Satanic. You have a tight circle of friends who you do everything with and they understand when you need time alone. You see beauty where others see dirt, you're creative flair will lead you down paths that only people can dream about. You seem unapproachable but that is just your icy exterior, there are times when you open up, most often when you've had more wine than usual! You wear your dark cape and gothic jewelled chokers with a regal air you were born with. Your motto is "There is beauty in darkness"
What is your style of Gothic Beauty?
True Goth... You make me proud.

Im a good mood for change today. On the way to work leaves were falling from trees, overcast, a breeze, a little rain, and I can just feel the thunderstorms! It could almost be autumn.
Also my work is getting me a new computer, and making me up a kind of office. Its nice to be getting somewhere for a change.

The Rogue. Hardened, Dashing and a bit of a romantic, you've seen the underbelly of life. While not as bitter as some, you have a Darkside and accept it. It helps get you through the worst of times and helps you laugh and party when you can.

Damn 'Read-only mode'...
Julie almost got fried by a lighting bolt today, and a minute before was swinging around on the door where it struck. Julie at this minute is reading over the free accidental death cover we get with the advantage gold thing we have.
Work was boring as hell, nothing to do as almost all the management seems to be on some hot island somewhere. This season's color seems to be orange, by that I mean there skin color. But with any luck they will all die of cancer. Oh, and I've resorted to cleaning keyboards for fun.
The bank has (at bloodly last) sent me new card so now I can get broadband with someone other than BT, so I should have my mud server on-line with in 28 days (or however long it takes). I'll post details when I sort out its dns, and finished coding the subnet mask bridge type thingy (very techicial I assure you).
Plans for weekend:
Friday: Shopping in Camden and Truckadero* Center, play far too many arcades, and talk about nerd stuff with complete strangers. Oh, and apprently some 18 year old twit from glasgow, his 'cousin from hackney', and some 'jocks' also may have been mentioned im not really sure (apprently there could be a whole army of people, it keeps on changing) is going kick my ass there. But the chances of these people turning up, and approaching anywhere near 6ft or for that matter...their local sweet shop counter is rather slim. Is it not great they way people on IRC servers are so full of crap?
Saterday: Slimes! (at last)
Sunday: Sleep/play games/code

* So spelt wrong
"Accident/Accidental" means a sudden and unforeseen event which happens by chance after the start date and results in your death"

We wasted away last weekend watching DVDs (Nemsis) and playing multiplayer diablo II. We managed to get to the 4th act (rather impressive for Julie as usally she never can sit still for more five seconds).
